FAQ’S

  • Our management fee is a flat 25% of the total gross rent, for all properties.

  • We waive all onboarding fees for clients who maintain their contract beyond the initial 90-day period. Early cancellation within 90 days will result in applicable onboarding charges. Additional third-party fees such as STR permits and Fire Inspection certifications may apply. Rental-ready properties should not expect any further costs.

  • Your payments will be released by the booking platform on the second day of each reservation and processing time will depend on your bank. Funds will be directly deposited into your linked bank account.

  • We do not use dynamic pricing of any kind. We rely on manual pricing to ensure a combination of high occupancy and revenue.

  • Yes, Allied Property Services provides and launders all linens/towels for each reservation (owner and guest)

  • Allied Property Services LLC will provide consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwashing tabs, sponges, trash bags, trash liners, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, makeup wipes, laundry detergent) for guests and owners during their stay.
